What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email, phone, the property address, and whatever you write in the message box. We don't run advertising trackers or sell anything to anyone.
Why
To reply to you, to prepare a Revenue X-Ray if you asked for one, and to keep a record of our conversation so you don't have to repeat yourself.
Where it goes
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, our hosting provider, and land in an inbox we control. If you become a client, your details move into our property management software. We don't share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for two years, then we delete them. Client records for as long as the relationship lasts plus the period our accountant and the state require.
Your choices
Email dana@baylakevacationrentals.com and ask to see what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We'll do it within 30 days and we won't make it awkward.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our host may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep the site working and to prevent form spam.
