How we use it. To respond to your inquiry, prepare a Revenue X-Ray if you request one, and — only if you ask — send you occasional owner-focused material like the monthly Owner's Note. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who processes it. Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify) and delivered to our email. If you become a client, your information is handled in the systems described in your service agreement (booking, accounting, and communication tools).
Retention and deletion. Ask us at any time to see or delete the information we hold about you: dana@baylakevacationrentals.com. We'll confirm within one business day.
